It is my great honour and privilege to lead Melbourne Chinese Ethnic School, and I could not be prouder of the community and culture our students and faculty create together here. At Melbourne Chinese Ethnic School we strive to instill the values, critical skills, initiative, and confidence that will ensure our students' success in school and beyond.

During my years of service to Melbourne Ethnic Chinese School, the school has grown in transformational and lasting ways, with the quality of our students, faculty and programs never stronger, and tremendous support from grateful graduates and parents demonstrating their overwhelming dedication to our community.

Throughout our website, we will introduce you to MCES unique opportunities and signature programs, which encourage our students to continually reimagine their horizons, to take risks, to discover and pursue lifelong passions, to lead and serve others, and also using the target language in confidence.

Students and families chose MCES to learn Chinese, and we offer the best support and continue to develop as a whole school to provided thriving education to student attending MCES.

At the core of our work with young people is knowing them well. We take great pride in knowing each student and his or her journey from their first days on campus to their walk across the commencement stage. Our talented and dedicated faculty serve as teachers, assistant teacher and volunteer staffs, understanding students through each of these lenses, and inspiring their curiosity, their character, and their commitment to reaching their full potential.
